Involved in funding and advising on the development of the Trafford Centre, Manchester, a £600m project with construction time of 27 months and one of the last major out of town retail centres recently built in England.
Leyton Orient Football Club
Acted for the Joint Venture partner in a very successful £10m redevelopment of Leyton Orient Football Ground, raising initial development funding through the creation of an innovative investment instrument and then conventional refinancing of the completed development.
Romford Town Centre
We dealt with raising development finance in connection with a £50m complex mixed use scheme, involving the provision of new build barter consideration for the landowners.
Jubilee Line Extension
Restructured the leasehold title arrangements with London Underground to allow construction of the Canada Water Library above the Jubilee Line in Southwark.
